1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Triad Land WorX, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
Triad Land WorX, LLC provides land clearing, forestry mulching, drainage installation, livestock fencing, landscape construction, irrigation, commercial property maintenance, excavation, and related services in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and a signed work agreement or quote.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and based on information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site assessment and a signed agreement. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if site conditions differ from what was described.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Service scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and project scope. We will make every effort to honor scheduled dates. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your signed work agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Veteran & Active Duty Discount
We offer a 5% discount on any quoted service for veterans and active-duty military personnel. Proof of service may be requested. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Triad Land WorX, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our contact forms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
9. Limitation of Liability
Triad Land WorX, LLC is not liable for damages beyond the scope of the agreed-upon work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not marked by the appropriate authorities, or acts of nature. Clients are responsible for marking underground utilities before excavation begins.
10. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be outlined in your signed work agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural events, third parties, or normal wear and tear.
11. SMS & Text Messaging Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Triad Land WorX, LLC regarding your inquiry, quote, or scheduled service. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
